“Take It From Me” is a TODAY.com series where experts use their wisdom to explain trends or make recommendations within their fields. In this latest installment, Khloé Kardashian shares the episodes you should listen to if you’re new to her “Wonder Land” podcast ahead of its Season 4 premiere.
Khloé Kardashian says the first seasons of her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast were “trial and error” when it came to setting the tone for the project.
But as the podcast enters its fourth season, the 42-year-old reality star and entrepreneur is feeling confident and ready to continue quenching her curiosity on a number of topics.
“My mind goes anywhere and everywhere. I do want to learn from these experts and have things that are takeaways, and then I also want to talk to someone about spray tans and makeup,” Kardashian tells TODAY.com with a laugh. “And then I also want to go down some rabbit hole about aliens and the pyramids. I want to go everywhere.”
Her genuine curiosity is what has fueled the upcoming season of “Khloé in Wonder Land.” But first, she wants to kick off Season 4 with a “light and fun” episode with TV personality and “Summer House” alum Paige Desorbo.
“Wonder Land” contains multitudes, whether it’s a chat with a medical professional, her best friend or mom Kris Jenner. Kardashian hopes people “find a connection to one of the episodes.”
One conversation that is extra meaningful is her 2025 sit down with the late Dolly Parton.
“The one that I’ve held deepest in my heart is the one with Dolly Parton, which I feel privileged and blessed that I got to interview her,” she says. “And I believe I was like one of her last podcasts that she’s done. To be with her in Tennessee, what a blessing for me.”
Ahead of the “Khloé in Wonder Land” Season 4 premiere on Sept. 30, Kardashian shares the three episodes she recommends if you’re new to her podcast.
Making Contact with Extraterrestrials ft. Dr. Steven Greer
Kardashian’s sit down with Dr. Steven Greer, a leading expert on UFO disclosure, secret government operations and suppressed technology, aired on March 6, 2025. The two discussed theories on hidden alien technology, potential military cover-ups and more.
“If you’re into aliens and conspiracies, I loved my Dr. Steven Greer episode,” she says. “It was fascinating — and whatever you think, you think. But if you’re into it, great!”
Raising Resilient Kids, Setting Limits & Mom Guilt ft. Dr. Becky
Her June 5, 2025 episode with clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy was informative for Kardashian. The two unpacked mom guilt, setting boundaries, raising resilient children and more.
“I loved Dr. Becky when it came to kids and all the tips that I got from her for those,” the mom of two says, also adding, “How lucky am I that I sit on a couch, I’m asking them questions, but how many takeaways I get to implement into my life and pass on to other people.”
Kardashian adds that when it comes to guests who are experts, “the ones that actually are changing people and helping them, I feel really honored that I have a platform that can provide that.”
Untold Stories Behind the Kardashians ft. Kris Jenner
There’s one special guest that is always a good time, and that’s Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner.
Jenner has been on “Wonder Land” a number of times, delivering inside scoop, going down memory lane and sharing her wisdom with her daughter and listeners.
“I love the ones that I do with my mom. I love the nuggets that she gives you, whether it be motherly or silly or just, like, cutesy or some insight on our family,” Kardashian says. “But then she’ll also drop a few gems that you have to pick up along the way.”
Kardashian loves that Jenner has become everyone’s mother, saying, “Thank God, I love it, and she loves it too. It’s the best.”
New episodes of “Khloé in Wonder Land” will drop every Wednesday on YouTube and audio streaming services.
