Oopsies!
Country star Tim McGraw took a little tumble on stage Aug. 27 while performing his hit 1995 single βI Like It, I Love Itβ in Cincinnati, Ohio. And the musician appeared to take it in stride.
In an Aug. 29 Instagram post, McGraw posted footage of the fall himself and poked fun at the mishap.
βCincinnati, you started our weekend off on the right foot even if I couldnβt stay on mine πβ McGraw wrote in the postβs caption. βWe appreciate you coming out and singing along!β
McGraw, 59, is currently on the βPawn Shop Guitarβ Tour, named after his 2026 single of the same name. Cincinnati is one of more than 30 shows on the tour.
Video from the Aug. 27 set showed McGraw, working the crowd and grooving on stage to the hit song as fans belted out the lyrics. At one point, the heel of his boot appears to get stuck in a crevice, leading to the fall. Luckily, McGraw gets up quickly and continues the show, all smiles.
The highly-acclaimed country star is a longtime veteran of the stage, with a career that boasts more than 1700 concerts.
McGraw, who kicked off the shows in July, made his long-awaited return to touring after health issues forced him to cancel some of his 2024 βStanding Room Onlyβ tour. The musician spent months, healing from a series of procedures which included multiple back surgeries and double knee replacements.
This latest tour comes before McGrawβs five-show residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas that will be kicking off in the fall.
