‘Doppelgängers’ Snoop Dogg, Backstreet Boys’ Kevin Richardson Finally Meet And It’s Glorious

With their lengthy locks, goatees and sharp jawlines, rapper Snoop Dogg and Backstreet Boys’ band member Kevin Richardson have long been called “twins” by the internet.

Heck, for a while there was a possibility they were the same person. I mean, no one’s ever seen them in the same room — until now.

While at the recent premiere of “Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie,” in Los Angeles, the two parties finally met. And the moment was pretty darn glorious.

“It finally happened…iykyk” the boy band wrote in their Instagram post, shared on Aug. 5.

Fans, understandably, went wild.

“Why are there two Snoops in this picture?” one fan wrote in the comments.

Another fan wrote that they were “gonna sleep good tonight knowing this finally happened 🙌”

One social media user also pointed out that the two artists don’t just share their looks in common.

“Brothers, Calvin and Kevin lol. I’m just making that similar name connection,” the social media user said. “Also, they are both October Libras born in 1971 only 17 days apart. How fascinating!”

The two have been the subject of lookalike memes for years and the comparison stretches back even further — think decades. Somehow, between all the appearances these guys have made at music events and more, they haven’t been able to unite until this moment.

“Paw Patrol” seems like an appropriate reason for the “twins” to come together, considering they’re both involved in the franchise. Snoop, who was born Calvin Broadus Jr., voices the character Dave in the upcoming movie, which is set to hit theaters on Aug. 14. Meanwhile Richardson’s Backstreet Boys dropped the song “Bottle Up” which is also featured in the animated comedy.

Hey, it’s nuthin but a twin thang.
